139 Pages PDF E-book

The Physical Philosophy Compendium is a compilation of instruction on 16 different physical skills and concepts within the physical arts. It is presented as a PDF e-book with embedded video links.

The Physical Philosophy Project was an online group I ran for 16 months, where each month I would produce a series of instructional videos on different topics. This e-book is a compilation of all of those videos plus write-ups on how to train each of the skills.
In total, there is over 24 hours of instructional footage contained in this text.

The topics covered are as follows:

Macaco
Tuck Handstand
Pancake Flexibility
Handstand Pushup
Butterfly Kick
Press Handstand
Tornado Kick
Backbends
Plyometrics
One Arm Support
Stalder Press
Advanced Cartwheels
Planche
Breakfalls, Rolls, Soft Landings
Middle Splits
One Arm Handstand

The text and videos contained in this compendium are meant to give people insights on how to learn the skills and give some ideas on new things to try.
As always, I don’t claim anything here as the ultimate source of knowledge. It’s merely my perspective based on my own observation and experience.

Overall, I want people to enjoy the skill-based portion of fitness training.
I hope The Physical Philosophy Compendium helps people to build more body awareness, learn new skills, and have fun in their training.
