This online coaching method opens up a personal online chat with me via Whatsapp for the duration of one month. During this time, you are welcome to ask me any questions you may have, or submit videos for feedback and correction. I will do my best to reply within 24 hours in the form of text or video response.
There is no limit to the amount of questions or videos you can send, but I do ask that you try to keep it reasonable and to the point as much as possible. I also ask that you edit your videos down to just the portion you want feedback on.
This is a great way to be able to receive personal feedback and guidance over a significant period of time.
Interested in a person group class for yourself and a couple friends? This is a great option for some personal real-time feedback and coaching to help you reach your goals. This class is completely customized, so just contact me directly so you can let me know what you want to work on and how many people will be joining.
The pricing will be dependent on the number of people in the class. The more people join, the lower the cost will be per person.
This is a private lesson on zoom or preferred video chat medium lasting 45 minutes. Receiving personalized feedback and guidance can be very effective for making progress and breaking through plateaus.
Once you book the lesson, please send me an email telling me more about you. I want to know your goals, background, intention for the lesson, injuries/restrictions, etc. If applicable, please send over some videos relevant to your practice and what you want to work on.
This way I can prepare for the lesson and give more accurate advice for your individual situation.
After the lesson, I will write you a follow-up email reviewing what we covered. In addition, I’ll include the next steps you can take towards your goals as well as any useful references.
Receive a custom program based on your individual goals, as well as two months of support on it. The support helps to ensure understanding of the exercises and concepts while being able to monitor progress.
How it works:
-After the payment is made, I will contact you to request further information. I will want to know about your goals, current level of ability, background and history, and any injuries or restrictions you face. I may ask for some video submissions as well.
-I will write a customized training program for you to follow based on the above information. The programming can accommodate a primary and secondary focus for your goals.
-Upon receiving your program, we do a follow-up. This is to clarify how to perform the exercises, answer any questions you might have, submit video for feedback, and modify sets/reps if necessary. The follow-up can be done via text or video chat, depending on your preferences.
-After receiving your program, you have access to two months of online chat support. This is where you can ask questions and submit videos for feedback.
Due to the time commitment of writing a customized program, there is a limit of only one per month.
