Hip Health & Mobility, 4-Part Online Class Series

This is going to be a 4-part online class series focused on hip health and mobility. The classes will cover exercises and concepts that I use in my practice, as well as follow-along routines and training guidelines so that you can apply it into your own training.

After I posted a video showing some of my basic hip routines, it got a huge response. Because of this, I thought it would be worth doing a class series where I go into greater detail on what it takes to build and maintain strong and mobile hips.

This series will cover:
-Basic movements that can be done daily for general health
-Recovery work and relaxed stretching
-Higher-intensity work to increase overall range of motion.
-Dynamic and active flexibility work for greater control and awareness
-”Fancier tricks” for specific performance such as splits and pancake
-Follow-along sequences and general training guidelines.


Classes will take place via zoom, and participants will have access to all recordings for future playback and in case they are not able to attend the live sessions. Students also have the opportunity to ask questions both live and via email to be covered in a future class.
Class length will be approximately 1 hour per session.

-Hip Strength, Active Flexibility, Higher Intensity Stretching Protocol

November 18; 10:00 AM
-Dynamic Flexibility and Kicks

November 19; 10:00 AM
-Advanced work: Splits and other gymnastics poses.
