3-Day Training intensive held in Las Vegas, the home of some of the top acrobats and performers in the world.  

Each day will consist of 6+ hours of training and instruction.  This will be split into 2 sessions with a 2-hour lunch break in between.  

This event will be taught and led by myself as well as a couple guest instructors who will be announced at a later date.  

Topics of instruction include:

-Hand Balancing for All levels
-Floor Acrobatics including gymnastics style tumbling and tricking/capoeira movements
-Contemporary Dance
-Capoeira
-Aerial Arts
-Contemporary Dance
-Development of Bodyweight Strength movements
-Prehab and Rehab exercises/routines to ensure resilience and recovery for this kind of training
-Development of Flexibility to improve aesthetics and technique for acrobatics training
-Q&A

Registration also includes a ticket to a cirque show on the strip.  

All levels are welcome and all instructional material can be scaled accordingly.  The idea is is to expose participants to a number of different disciplines and give them an idea of how to train for them.  

Specific schedule for the event will be announced as we get closer to the date.  Spots are limited to allow for more personal feedback and interaction.
