This workshop capped at 12 people.

Day 1: 10:30am-1:30pm and 3:00pm- 6:00pm.
Fundamentals of hand balance. This includes both general and specific preparation work as well as skill work to learn, improve, and refine your ability to hold a handstand.
No stone is left unturned. We will cover the full process of learning to perform a clean freestanding handstand and beyond. This is done in several stages: alignment, support, inversion, and balance. Time permitting, we may be able to get into some of the intermediate hand balancing work.

Day 2: 9:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm until 5:30pm.
During the morning session we will get into intermediate and advanced hand balancing as well as some hanging and pulling work.
Hand balancing will cover movements like handstand pushups and press handstands, and one arm balances such as air baby, crocodile, and the one arm handstand.
Hanging is very beneficial after the heavy pressing involved in hand balancing, and is the basis for aerial arts seen in the circus.

Afternoon session will cover floor acrobatics and the mental and physical preparation required for this kind of training. This will include elements of gymnastics, capoeira, and martial arts tricking to open up new styles of movement.
