Physical Philosophy Seminar in Amsterdam

This seminar is my philosophy towards physical well-being. We will cover how to build physical attributes to help with athletic endeavors, recover from training, and increase longevity and overall body awareness. The overall goal is to develop more awareness to build a better mind/body connection.
The Physical Philosophy seminar is more general in nature than my typical seminars because the focus is going to be more on developing attributes like strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. That’s opposed to a focus on developing technical skills, though the above factors will definitely aid in skill aquisition. That being said, the content is open and there is definitely the option to train skill specific work if the group desires it.

This event is open to all backgrounds and levels of ability.

The seminar structure is going to be as follows:

Saturday Morning, 10-1
Upper Body Strength and Flexibility
-Developing Shoulder and Wrist Mobility and Stability
-Pushing and Pulling Movements
-Handstand Work
-Utilizing the Gymnastics Rings for Strength and Flexibility
-Recovery Work to feel good and get the most out of your training.

Saturday Afternoon , 3-6
Lower Body Strength and Flexibility
Build healthy feet, ankles, hips, and knees
Working towards the one leg squat and its variations; a very important bodyweight leg exercise
Working towards classic flexibility poses such as splits and the back bridge

Note that the content of this seminar is not pre-set but rather adapted to the group based on their level, desires, and the equipment we have available at the venue.
The above schedule is a potential general outline of the event, but each event is unique.
