Nosara, Costa Rica

A full week event in Costa Rica. You can call it a retreat, journey, immersion, internship, intensive, etc. I don't have a name for it but I am really looking forward to this one.

Not only do we have an epic location, but also enough time to really dive deep into the material. Normally I do weekend courses, where I give a lot of information and energy in a very short time. Having a full week allows us to explore a variety of topics with a more relaxed pace; and still have plenty of time to recharge and recover.

I don't have the schedule for this event set yet, but the general plan is to do two training sessions/classes per day on most days, and also have options for group activities such as bonfire on the beach, jungle exploration, etc.
All levels are welcome to join this event.

Classes will be separated into 3 categories:

-Inversion Investigation. Handstand focused.  All things hand balance for all levels from beginner all the way through to those working their one-arm handstands.
-Acrobatic Awareness. Movement focused classes. The idea is to work different ways of interfacing with the floor as well as challenging gravity and dealing with chaotic conditions. Content draws inspiration from gymnastics, capoeira, dance, martial arts, etc.
Also hoping to include a couple tumbling sessions on the beach as part of this.
-Physical Philosophy. These classes are more focused on building physical attributes as well as learning different methods to recover from training. We will go into topics like strength, flexibility, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, self massage, recovery, etc.

The price includes room and board, as well as transportation. The only thing you need to worry about is getting to Costa Rica.
