Handstands and Acrobatics Workshops in Sydney, NSW
This course will be a mix of theory and practice and will be focused on offering different perspectives towards helping learn acrobatic skills as an adult.
The event will be divided into two separate levels of ability, but students are welcome to attend the the whole weekend for a more complete experience.

There are no prerequisites for Saturday’s workshops and they are open to all levels of ability.
